Inspector Home employ and train a customer care team dedicated to assist you with your new home for the full duration of your 2 year warranty (silver & gold service only).

We now have a team of 15 based at Head Office and we have extended our opening hours to 8.30 pm (Mon – Thurs) and Saturday 10 – 2 to assist you when you are in your home rather than having to call us during working hours all of the time.

By maintaining a professional rapport with developers and not antagonising them unnecessarily, our reports are treated with respect and your defects should be repaired quickly.

Yes, we do snag homes for some developers, and we are proud of this because it is a testimony to the quality of our work. If we snag a home for a developer it would contain exactly the same information as the report we produce for a homeowner. The whole point of working with developers is to ensure that when you move in to your new home it is finished to standard. Far better the developer pays for your report than you!
