Stephen joined the team around the UK to check out and judge the
UK's Worst New
Home and show them what defects really existed in the new homes
they had finalised.
The winner was George Wimpey.
BBC1 Watchdog
Stephen Nancarrow our MD was asked by Watchdog to join them on
a visit to
Weston Super Mare to investigate problems some homeowners had with
their
Westbury Homes, in particular their roof tiles. In all of the properties
he checked, he
discovered that the roof tiles were not fixed down correctly.

Stephen Nancarrow was approached by the Tonight team in February
2005 to assist then with a programme regarding problems with new
homes.
Steve appeared on the show along with Tim Spear one of our clients
who is experiencing problems with his developer and the NHBC and
an update on their situation and how it progresses may be filmed
later this year.
