When we inspected the property we found it to be finished to a poor standard, with particular concern regarding the plastering and joinery.

We told Mr Harridge we would pursue the matter with the developer and ensure that remedial works would be addressed as soon as possible.

Many defects have been rectified in the property, however the process was taking too long and our client had not been provided with a full schedule of works covering all of the detail on our report.

As a result of this unsatisfactory situation, we contacted the developer and Stephen Nancarrow attended a meeting at the property to discuss the situation with the Managing Director.

The developer has now agreed that this property will be rectified as soon as possible. Meanwhile we are advising our client on a suitable compensation claim.
