Main Problems

Most of the defects occurred in the kitchen (as is often the case) and the worst defects affected the worktop joints and panes of glass that were scratched.

Throughout the property there were problems with the decorative finish, plaster work, tiling and carpentry. In addition the shower doors were not straight.

Mr Bell-Jones said, "May I take this opportunity to thank you & Inspector Home for taking care of everything. You provide an excellent service and one that I shall promote to anyone buying a new build. My experience of this company will lead me to warn people against buying their properties as they are without doubt a grossly incompetent company that provides less than the quality homes that they advertise. However your ability to obtain their attention in fixing the snag list has been impressive."
