inspectorhome believe that high quality developers should be praised and rewarded for their success, which is why we have launched the inspectorhome Approved Developer scheme.
Every new home has the opportunity to receive an award either via an inspection by inspector home or a nomination from the home owner.
This list shows the top 10% of developments inspected throughout 2007 and 2008 to date and it will be updated every month. If you wish to nominate your new home please click here
**UPDATE**
This chart shows the best and worst defect levels found in new homes throughout 2006. As you can see the differences in defect levels vary wildly and as a homeowner you need to be sure your home is one of the best, not the worst.
All of these homes had been passed by the appropriate warranty provider (eg NHBC / Zurich / Premier) prior to our inspection, which proves that a warranty does not guarantee a high quality home.
