Every new home has the opportunity to receive an award either via an inspection by inspectorhome or a nomination from the home owner.

This list shows the top 10% of developments inspected throughout 2007 and 2008 to date and it will be updated every month. If you wish to nominate your new home please click here (new homes must be no more than 6 months old).

To receive an award from inspectorhome the property must be finished to the highest quality standards prior to completion.  New homes are built by many different pairs of hands and defects will always exist, however by careful management, high quality standards can be achieved by everyone and this is what we are trying to encourage.

Those developers interested in demonstrating their commitment to quality can become approved for future developments (subject to terms and conditions and upon reaching quality standards).

All plots that reach the standards receive a certificate and are listed below.

Please note that no personal information will be published on the web site or pased to your developer unless you request it.

Entries are not open to employees of any new home developers or their families.  Checks will be made to verify the authenticity of all entries.
